This Refund Policy applies to your purchase of Liibro, an instantly delivered digital product from Liibro.
1. Digital Product — All Sales Final
Because our products are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) once the ebook has been delivered to your email.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased ebook (for example, the email was not delivered or the PDF file is corrupted), please contact us at contact@liibro.com and we will re-send the ebook or issue a refund at our discretion. Please check your spam/junk folder first.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged more than once in error, or believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact us with your receipt and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
