2. Products & Delivery
We sell digital products (ebooks in PDF format). Upon successful payment, your purchased ebook will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to a few minutes depending on email provider processing times.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. If you do not receive your ebook within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at contact@liibro.com.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our products are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) once the ebook has been delivered to your email.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased ebook (e.g., the email was not delivered or the PDF file is corrupted), please contact us at contact@liibro.com and we will re-send the ebook or issue a refund at our discretion.
